As a Kid, I dreamed of travelling to far away places. I love to travel. As an adult, I have had the pleasure of being able to do some travelling, some of it as a courtesy of the U.S. Marine Corps after law school, but not nearly enough. Since being discharged, my wife and I have had the pleasure of visiting destinations of interest, both within the United States and beyond its boarders. There are many other places to which we intend to visit in the near future. One of the great benefits of travelling, besides the adventure, education, and other opportunities that occur when you travel, is the chance you get to meet other people with whom you travel and at the destinations that you visit. When you travel you are and ambassador to the places that you visit. You get to share your culture and the culture of the people that you encounter; then you get to reverse the process at the end of your trip by bringing that experience home to share with your friends and associates. Of course, when you travel, you will be sightseeing, you get to taste different delicious food and drink in superb restaurants, stay in interesting accommodations, and shop at local markets. If you are like me, your camera, which lets you capture memories to take home and share with others, is never far from hand. I have created the posts on my website, TRAVEL TALK NOW, to share some of my travel experiences with others in the hope of stimulating more travel to places that I have visited and to other locations to which I plan to go.
